Mahjong Racks Gallery

This Gallery features a small selection of Mahjong tile Racks. As with tile sets, so too is there a plethora of different styles and forms of rack for holding a player’s tiles.

But styles can be broadly categorised into lacquered, lacquered with decorations, plain and plain with decorations.

Some have hinged tops while others are open topped. Most are made of wood but again, as with tile sets, Rack materials vary, from metal to synthetic materials for example.
